Reinhold has been working in various companies and different areas of IT since the end of the last millennium, starting in support roles and working his way up to managing positions. He has seen the MSP world both from the client perspective and from within MSPs, so he understands both sides.
Today, he is an independent IT consultant specializing in IT security awareness. As a business influencer, he makes complex IT topics accessible for non-experts in an entertaining way. To further this mission, he invented the DSLAM event, the first German IT slam format.
Reinhold is all about translating IT for “normal people”.
