Jesse Tuttle

Jesse Tuttle career began in the digital underground, from hacker and zero-day broker to cyber weapon developer and eventually a U.S. intelligence asset. Known by the handle “Hackah Jak,” he gained global notoriety as a member of the elite hacking group Hackweiser, ultimately becoming one of the world’s most wanted threat actors.

After a pivotal encounter with federal law enforcement, Jesse was given a rare choice: face prosecution or use his skills to protect national interests. He chose the latter. Following 9/11, he became a U.S. Intelligence Asset, helping secure critical infrastructure. Later he hacked and disrupted human trafficking networks.

Today, Jesse draws on his experience across offense, defense, and intelligence to teach how real threat actors operate – technically, psychologically, and behaviorally. As a former zero- day developer, he offers rare insight into how threats are created, weaponized, and monetized.

He now serves as an Ethical Threat Actor at AP2TLabs.com, developing AI-driven cyber weapons and realistic attack simulations. With a background in penetration testing, hacking forensics, and data compliance, he bridges the gap between underground tactics, cyber warfare, and enterprise risk.
