Daniel started his IT career in 1995, in VAR sales roles, which led to forming an IT support business (what today we call an MSP) in 2002 which developed over 12-years with a trade sale in 2014.
Daniel has remaining involved with the MSP market through being an active member of MSP communities, whilst working with MSPs as a mentor, recruiter, M&A deal maker and advisor.
In 2021 Daniel co-founded The MSP Finance Team with a mission is to raise MSP market financial maturity. Led by former MSP owners MSP Finance Team uniquely understands the pain and opportunity for MSP owners and senior leadership, having experienced startup, growth and exit phases of the MSP business lifecycle. Services include Bookkeeping, Management Accounting, Virtual Financial Director, MSP Mentoring, Tax & Compliance.
Daniel advocates MSP community involvement, signposting to groups, including GTIA and Tech Tribe. Daniel has hosted the London Tech Tribe chapter since 2019, from its original branding as London SBSC, as well as curating events, such as the annual Brands Hatch MSP Meetup.
Finally, Daniel is the co-host of the MSP Finance Team podcast “It’s a numbers game”, now with 120+ episodes.
