With a background as a former MSP and MSSP operator and a long-time champion of peer collaboration, Chris brings deep insight into the challenges and opportunities facing small to mid-sized solution providers.
Currently serving as Senior Director of Cybersecurity Compliance Programs at GTIA, Chris leads the global rollout of the GTIA Cybersecurity Trustmark, a framework designed to elevate cybersecurity maturity across the industry. His mission is to empower MSPs to integrate cybersecurity into every layer of their business—people, process, and technology—through strategic planning, education, and community engagement.
